As they would know how to compensate for changes in climate, etc. The buzz was quickly fixed, but if I had to do this again, I would purchase the guitar new from Zager direct. This was due to the change in climate as I purchased it from a Easter state and I live in California. When I received it, there was a minor string buzz. The overall quality of the guitar is outstanding. The sound is "Martin-ish", but with a Gibson richness. I did not buy my ZAD20-OM direct from Zager, and it made no difference, as they still helped me.Ībsolutely, as it is in a class of it's own. The Zager company truly has the customer and their needs as their first priority.
